How long does the whole process take?

Estimate within 24 hours of submission. Once you accept and post your drone, we inspect it within 48 hours of receipt and pay immediately on confirmation.

Do you buy working drones, not just broken ones?

Yes, absolutely. If your drone works perfectly but you're upgrading or just don't fly any more, we'll make you an offer. Working drones in good condition will naturally fetch a higher price.

My drone is still bound to my DJI account — is that a problem?

Bound drones are not a problem, get in touch for a price.

What if the drone is worse than I described?

We'll contact you, explain what we found, and give you a revised offer. You can accept the new price or we'll return your drone for free — no hard feelings.

Do you buy drones that are completely dead — won't power on?

Yes, often. Depending on the model and which components are salvageable, we can still make an offer. Tell us as much as you know and include photos.

How do you pay?

Bank transfer (BACS), typically same-day once we've confirmed the inspection. We'll confirm payment method with you before anything is posted.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. Every drone is factory reset before we do anything with it. Any flight logs, photos, or account data stored on the device are wiped as part of our standard process.
